Test & Documantation
As ERME , in order to keep our specified and determined quality level for all breed of products we make fatigue test at our quality laboratuvay regularly.Even though there is no any specified fatigue cicycle that is stated on any of the international regulation norm , as ERME we can make all kind of requested internal fatigue test for all produced gas or oiled spring based on technical specification and expectation of the customer.
We use the incoming profile , mile and carpets with the best quality. Therefore , we can provide all raw material or product sheet with our clientele in case of requested before taking serial of the product. Furthermore , due to we have washing and powder coating workshop , we can keep our aimed quality level by using first quality raw material for coating.
MOLDING WORKSHOP
Furthermore , we can make our own molds with our machineries in scope of customize individual contemporary solutions effortlessly.
In order to satisfy customize requirements in time , to have molding process is getting important for manufacturers. Because , we totally aware that to provide existing products to customers for all kind of possible requirements or expectations without making any special solution in scope of customization is not accepted by the cliente.
